--Service Bureau - Located on the 6th floor
The Service Bureau is where all students come for their output needs.

Those needs include:
CD and DVD Duplication
Wide format printing
Photo printing
Laser printing
Plotting services: Color and Black and white
VHS to DVD and DVD to VHS
High end drum scanning
The Service Bureau is located on the sixth floor directly beside the help desk.

Hours of Operation

For Summer Quarters:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am - 10:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturdays: 11:30 am - 4:30 pm

For Spring, Fall, and Winter Quarters:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 10:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturdays: 11:30 am - 4:30 pm

--Printing and Drop Box Instructions
Reminder - Please Allow 24 Hour On All Media
Drop Box from the PC Labs
1) Click on the “Network Drive Connect” icon in the left hand side of the desktop.
2) An application will open with 3 buttons: Click on the service bureau button.
3) To see the server with which you connected.
* Click the Start menu.
* Click on My Computer.
* Under Network Drives will be the Service Bureau.
* Double click on the icon to open it.
4) Create a folder with the title as your name.
5) Place the documents that you want printed within that folder.
6) Drag the folder to “Print Drop Box” folder that is located on the Service Bureau network drive.
Printing Instructions
- All prints must be flattened
- All prints must be set at 300 dpi
- All prints must be in a JPEG, Tiff, PDF, or PSD Format.
- We do not make adjustments to your file.

Drop Box from the Mac Labs
1) Click on the “Network Drive Connect”
icon in the right hand side of the deck
2) An application will open with 3 buttons
* Click the button fot the service bureau
3) An icon of the service bureau will appear on the desktop
4) Double click on the icon to open it
5) Create a folder with the title as your name
6) Place the documents that you want printed
within that folder
7) Drag the folder to “Print Drop Box” folder
that is located on the Service Bureau Network Drive.
